Sgt-Major Williams has a surprise in store when he sees a photograph of his former girlfriend from 20 years ago beside Gnr. Parkins' bed. Is the woman in the picture Parky's mum, and could Williams be his Dad?

Episode 3 , "The Mutiny of the Punka Wallahs"

An industrial dispute is caused when the Punka Wallahs are replaced by electric fans. Rangi and Solly have to put their heads together to sort it out.

Episode 4 , "A Star is Born"

When Sgt Major Williams convinces the Colonel to go on leave, there is nothing standing in the way of the Concert Party and Jungle training. Nothing that is except Solly's ingenuity.

Episode 5 , "The Jungle Patrol"

The Sgt Major manages to get the Concert Party on a jungle survival course and it's down to Rangi to ensure that they survive.

Episode 6 , "It's a Wise Child"

Solly and Rangi join forces to discover the truth about the Sgt-Major's claims that Parky is his long lost son.

Episode 7 , "The Road to Bannu"

The Concert Party become stranded in an isolated part of the North West Frontier, and Solly has to conjure up 'Bing Crosby' in order to appease a bandit chief.

Episode 8 , "The Inspector Calls"

In an effort to get the Concert Party into the same uniform, Sgt-Major Williams devises a musical number for them.
